Foggie Max uses a special version of Linux.  This version of Linux has been extended to be compatible with CYFS, a new level 0 protocol that upgrades HTTP, TCP/IP, and DNS.  CYFS has been in development for over 6 years, was designed specifically with Web3 in mind, and was recently open-sourced.
